Beautiful Hardwoods

Leopardwood, Zebrawood & Ironwood (Brazilian Ipe) are three of the most unique woods out there. They truly are stunning. Purpleheart provides a core of strength and a beautiful purple pinstripe. Finished with a custom blend of the legendary Sutherland & Welles Tung Oil, your combs patina will only get better with time. Additionally, the porous nature of wood absorbs and redistributes oils to maintain a healthy beard.

No mass-production here. The journey from rough-cut lumber to hand-polished comb is made by a single craftsman creating a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

Greater than the sum of it's parts

Three bonded layers has far more strength than either the sum of each individual layer or a single layer as thick as three. Why? There's no longer one continuous path of least resistance through the comb, but instead the weakest point of one layer is reinforced by the other two layers.
